  1. Fentanyl is getting replaced by nitazenes opioids that are 40 times stronger. Then, overdose deaths will skyrocket with no end to it.

  2. My recommendation is give them the drug in a higher dose this way when they do overdose they just die now people won't have to worry about their hospital rehab bill them going to prison or jail over and over and then being homeless living on the street and in a shelter because these people that do this sort of thing really don't want help they're just looking for an out over and over again give it to them in the ultimate form of death
