Thank you so much my husband and I are trying to get things into play to move to bend! We are trying to land jobs before we get there which isn't easy when just applying for some that want face to face interviews. when you talk about average home price b/w the two, if I were looking at a recent (or updated) 2400 sf 3 bed / 3 bath home in an area w/ good schools, close to Target, Whole Foods, etc, what is the price difference? With the size difference b/w the two cities it's expected that Bend would be more expensive given that it's so popular 🙂 What might that translate to IRL 🙂
