Portland Oregon Travel Guide 2021 | Bucket List Adventures + Things To Do

Hey loves, I hope you all enjoyed this Portland Oregon Explored Solo Travel Vlog 2021. If you’d like to know more about the best things to and see in downtown Portland stay tuned ! My weekend trip to Portland, Oregon primarily consists of the following: mostly outdoor activities that include hikes and a variety of eateries and indoor activities. In this vlog I was able to visit Lan Su Chinese Garden, International Rose Test Garden, Oregon Zoo, Kingsland Kitchen, Voodoo Doughnuts, Top Golf, and Powell’s City of Books. I only had 36 hours to spend in Portland. Fortunately I was able to make the best of it given the little time I had to venture out and sightsee.

The Pacific northwest is known for one of the best hiking spots around. I have done many of the hikes along the Oregon Coast and so I was looking to pursue and continue my adventure for documenting and show-casing other fabulous hiking trails.

Weather was fairly nice during the weekend trip here and we tried to make the best use of our time while we were visiting. During the filming of this trip there were very few places that had a mask mandate or social distancing practices. I stayed at the Portland Marriott Courtyard City Center Hotel. It was fairly close to all the scenic locations and extremely affordable.

Those of you looking to visit Portland and wanting to spend most of your time looking at the greater sceneries that Oregon has to offer, particularly near Portland, you must check out these spots. DISCLAIMER!!!! Downtown Portland Oregon has a very large homeless population. There are a bunch of tents occupying sidewalks and even the streets. In some places the aroma of pee filled the air where they reside so just be on the lookout. I will say the homeless people of downtown Portland are very friendly and tend to keep to themselves.
