Lmao. It hasnโt rained in over two months now
You have to come out and see historic downtown Gresham and the surrounding nursery areas. There are some beautiful neighborhoods here, but Rockwood towards the northwest and a few other pockets may be what you were negative on this area. Plus, the tax rate is lower than like Oswego and closer in the Portland and you can buy more house away from Portland proper
Bruh, I'd kill to have 100 be the hottest temperature during the summer. In Arizona we never get rain and your average day in the summer and even early in the fall or late spring is 100 to 115.
Its that time of year again. Can't wait to see the beautiful leaves. Thank you for this video!
You either have a winter home in another state or you are a Real Estate Agent b/c you are sugar coating the crap out of it,…I also have lived in the Portland area for the better part of my life and every year I wish for just one more month of sun, I am only able to ride my motorcycle 2 months out of the year …….. Warning : If you are thinking of moving to Oregon from a dry, warm sunny state like Calif. , Arizona etc. keep this in mind ……people who are born or raised in Oregon develop some immunity to mold and mildew, I am a plumber by trade and I see Black Mold in old and newer homes caused by rain and moisture, I have worked for people who came from calif. who had to sell there homes and leave Oregon b/c there health was slowly deteriorating, while inspecting the plumbing under there home's I'd find black mold . although this is just my opinion, it took many years for me to come to this conclusion. It's something to think about !!!
Good information
Can you please make a video about the diversity of Portland Oregon? Thank you!
My wife and I wanted to come visit Portland this year, pre COVID, with the intent of prospecting it for moving. We are from FL and are looking for some change ๐
Been here 20 years. It amazes me how much it rains on my days off on the weekends in April to June. It sucks.
Instead of listening to this sneaky realtor guy watch the next:

I have a relatively who had lived in Portland for years and a friend who is living there now. Both tell me just the opposite of what this guy is saying.
Realtor's talk!
It appears you have cuts on your neck and bot eyes. What happened there? What's the story behind that?
Can I send a reply via Hedgwig?
I was amazed at Texas weather as well. It was like the sky just opened up, and just downed as much water as possible, in an hours time.
Very different than the rain in So. Cal.
Pretty sure the whole 'it rains here all the time' trope is a ploy concocted by Northwesterners to keep Californians (and pretty much everyone else in the country) from moving here and despoiling it. Not only is it not remotely true, it's no longer keeping them out.
Very "impolite" question: Do you or your friends and family discuss THE BIG ONE that is expected in the PNW?
Great information in this video! Thanks! Aside from the rain, I've heard that winter is very dreary and cloudy in the Portland / Vancouver area. Is that true? Does the sun barely come out in the winter there? I'm wondering if that gets a little depressing. Thinking about moving to the PNW but I am worried about how the cloudiness will affect me! I've visited in the Summer and loved it but I know that is the sunny dry season and winter is much different.
Every picture I see of Oregon, I never see a blue sky. Do you ever have clear blue skies? What about the stars at night?
Im getting your YouTube channel shut down your the reason why rent is going up up and away why would anyone want to live here. I lived here for ever there is nothing here.
43" of rain is actually a lot when you consider that there is little to no rainfall from mid-spring to Mid-Fall due to the unique west coast's Mediterranean climate. So during the wet period, expect alot of drizzle.
hi!! new subbie here from Japan๐ฏ๐ต
gorgeous autumn leaves๐
moving to Portland pretty soon:)
