  1. Please do a segment about tiny houses. – how to build one in the area, tiny house builders in the area, and how to find a place to park or build one.. Thanks.

  2. What’s the days on market for condo rentals in August/September? I’m trying to buy one for rental but worries about vacancy.

  3. This video was very helpful for me, I thought I couldn’t buy a house at all but after this video I feel different. We are going to start our house hunting process. Thanks guys

  4. It's just a beginning of the housing blood. With so much confusion, uncertainty and historic unemployment, by August housing vains will be poppin bleeding all over. it'll be a ghost town like never seen before, just like the virus now, and much worst then the bottom of very long 4yrs housing crash of 08' 09' 10' 11' :(. Considering over few thousand properties on the market already collecting dust, and about 250 more new listings every weekend since march, this desperately screams "PLEASE BUY ME! PLEASE!". I see HUGE SUPPLY, and virtually invisible demand. – It's all about well paid $40/hr jobs (virtually gone now) and consumer confidence (absolutely ran over with the ghost town virus). – Please take care of yourself and each other.

  5. Correct me if I am wrong, But are you not saying the crash of 2008 was due to banks allowing anyone to get a loan basically meaning people who could not afford the home were able to get one? But then later saying as of right now you can get someone into a home for 3% down and 90% of mortgages are 5%-10% down meaning they cant really afford it, with even secondary homes being available at 10% down as opposed to 20-25% dow? I'm not so sure any of us have a crystal ball to see if history will repeat itself or not but the last couple years lending has got a bit loser again and who knows what that might lead too.
